Christopher Braham, no age listed, 136 Pine St., Weirton, receiving stolen vehicle, Sept. 21, arrested following a drug incident with stolen vehicle on property.

Chas M. Kulow, 33, 228 Walnut, Houston, Pa., disorderly conduct, Sept. 21, arrested following incident at Weirton Medical Center.

Kelly Sue Newbrough, 54, 151 Ardmore Ave., Weirton, domestic violence-assault, Sept. 29, arrested after a domestic disturbance at residence.

Jalin Bradon Edward Beads, 29, 1414 Oregon Ave., Steubenville, possession of marijuana, Sept. 30, arrested following a traffic stop.

Brandy Lee Ross, 29, 1414 Oregon Ave., Steubenville, disorderly conduct, Sept. 30, arrested when she arrived on scene of a traffic stop.

Richard Allan Manuel, no age listed, no fixed address, trespassing, destruction of property, Sept. 30, arrested following a call by a resident of subjects entering an abandoned vacant residence on West Street.

Angela S. Hartley, no age listed, no fixed address, trespassing, destruction of property, Sept. 30, arrested following a call of subjects entering a vacant residence on West Street.

Douglas E. Saunders Jr., 36, 34060 Clark Road, Ray, Ohio, trespassing, fugitive from justice, Oct. 1, arrested after being given a trespass warning from the Weir Cove Cab Stand. Individual returned later that day causing a disturbance.

David M. Loosemore, no age listed, 107 Church St., Weirton, violation of protective order, Oct. 1, subject arrested following a report of a disturbance on Schwartz Street.

Ryan Andrew Cunningham, 43, 1501 Pennsylvania Ave., No. 7, Weirton, shoplifting-city warrant, worthless check-county warrant, DWLS-DUI third, Oct. 3, arrested following a traffic stop.

Travis Alltop, 38, 215 Isabelle St., Brilliant, impersonating law enforcement, Oct. 4, arrested following multiple calls of a subject looking for a vehicle claiming he worked for the task force as an officer.

Daniel C. Figuieredo, 34, 108 Heathermoor Drive, Weirton, leaving the scene, no insurance, Oct. 5, arrested on city warrants.

Anthony L. Sprouse, 19, 3419 Orchard St., Weirton, shoplifting first, Oct. 5, arrested on city warrant.

Holi L. Wolanski, no age listed, 155 Stroud Ave., Weirton, public intoxication, hit and run with property damage, no proof of insurance, Oct. 9, arrested following a hit and run incident.

Grow up: A Jefferson County resident told deputies her husband’s ex is harassing her, Thursday. She said they have a protection order against the woman, but the ex is still posting comments in a Facebook group about her and her husband and a 23-year-old living in the ex’s house also posted a threatening message to her juvenile daughter.

Charged: Dee Ann Jones, 57, 8288 Edward Drive SE, Amsterdam, criminal damaging and menacing, Wednesday. Jones allegedly threatened a neighbor, telling her “I know people and I can have you taken care of” and that she go back to North Carolina or she would “make her leave.” Deputies said surveillance video shows her breaking the neighbor’s windshield, and when they spoke with her they said she told them she used a stick and then tossed it over the hillside. She also said she wasn’t going to pay for the windshield, deputies said. The victim later told deputies she doesn’t want to pursue chargesbut she’ll have to appear in court and tell the judge that. She also wants an order of protection.

Work site vandalism: An Ohio-West VIrginia Excavating employee told deputies someone drove through a road closed barricade and shattered the window glass in a Link-Belt backhoe, Wednesday.

Ringer: A man trespassing at a residence in the 1400 block of Maryland Avenue tried to detach the owner’s Ring doorbell camera, Thursday. The homeowner said the camera alerted her to someone sitting on her steps. She said the man tried to pull the camera off her door before leaving on foot.

Popped: Callers reported a fleeing shoplifter at Maryland Market, Thursday. Employees alleged the man paid for a couple small snack items but tried to leave the store with a $1 can of pop tucked in the inside pocket of his jacket. They confronted him and he ran to the back of the store first, then came back to the front of the store where he produced the beverage can. They told police the owner grabbed him to keep him from fleeing the store and he dragged her with him. Thomas Latham, 48, 619 1/2 Grandview Ave., Steubenville, was charged with petty theft.

Physical: A female told police her boyfriend shoved her and grabbed her throat, Thursday. She said they’d been arguing over money problems and went outside to clear the air, but the bickering continued to the point he became physical. Police said she had some redness to her neck, but didn’t want to pursue charges. He told police they’d argued but nothing physical had happened.
